With a resume boasting stints at Northumberland’s finest venues and even the prestigious 5-star, 1-Michelin-starred Chester Grosvenor, Daniel is a force to be reckoned with in the kitchen. His MasterChef: The Professionals journey in 2013 and his work on Outside Dining Above the Tyne in 2017-2018 showcased his exceptional talent. (Fun fact: 19.01 isn’t just a random number—it’s his lucky birthdate!)
