19.01 catered our wedding on 1st September 2021, which had been postponed due to covid. To be honest we had been a bit worried as we weren’t able to have a tasting, but Dan was super helpful and was happy to adapt the menu to exactly what we wanted. The food was INSANE! Everyone commented on how delicious it all was – canapés, wedding breakfast, evening food.. all of it was honestly incredible! thank you so much!
Dan and Shelly did a fantastic private dinner for a birthday surprise. They were brilliant hosts and the food was first class. Would definitely recommend them.
Dan, Shelly & Tracey came to our house, and served up the best meal I have ever had. It was absolutely gorgeous. 6 course menu, unique, creative dishes, which were all delicious. They made us feel at total ease, and we sat back, and enjoyed! They have gone above and beyond in everything they have done for us, Thank you so much.. if you are in need of caterers for parties or events – these guys are who you need!! Just wanted to thank everyone at 19.01 catering after looking after us all at our daughters wedding at brinkburn priory last weekend! Beautifully presented dining that tasted supreme! All the guests commented on how lovely the lamb was, and the mix for starter and Asian slaw side complemented each other. Let’s not forget the perfect sticky toffee pudding. The evening street food choices all went down so well it just made the whole experience a perfect success! Coming back to cater the barbecue the next day was the icing on the cake for the weekend, can’t thank or recommend you enough! Thank you to Dan and his team for delivering a delicious and creative, three course meal for 100 people at our Gala dinner. Working in a venue with no catering facilities at all and you pulled it off like true professionals. I would recommend this company without hesitation

Dan and the team at 1901 were outstanding at our wedding at Brinkburn! The food was outstandingly gorgeous and the amount of compliments we received from our guests about the food were insane! The whole process from planning stages, food tasting, right up to the evening food on our wedding day couldn’t have been any smoother and they listened to every request we had. Brilliant food and such a lovely, professional team.
1901 were simply amazing on our wedding day! We couldn’t have asked for more delicious food, nearly every single one of our guests commented on how the food was restaurant standard and the best wedding food they had ever had! From the canapés to wedding breakfast, and evening food, just perfect. We are beyond grateful and would, without hesitation, recommend them for any event!
The food by 1901 is absolutely amazing, all of our guests loved it (I’d get married there again just for the food alone) Dan and his team were so accommodating with everything on their side and if we needed anything, they were just a phone call away.

Just wow, epic and wonderful, we couldn’t have asked for anything more from the food and the wonderful service from all the team at 19.01. Every guest told us it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted! The canapés were devoured in seconds and incredible, the main food was cleared from all the plates and desserts were gobbled up!
We knew the food would be wonderful after our tasting, the team brought us in and we ate every single thing they gave us! Me and the groom agreed it was some of the best food we’ve ever eaten and somehow the food on the wedding day was even better!
It’s hard to put into words how perfect our day was and the catering team made that happen, thank you so much for everything you did!
19.01 catered for our Summer wedding at Brinkburn and the food was nothing less than 5 stars. They provided us with heat to eat lasagne the night before, three course meals and evening food for our guests on the wedding day and then Sunday lunch for three quarters of our guests the day after and the quality of all of the food was second to none. Our guests repeatedly told us that it was THE best food they had ever had at a wedding. In particular the halloumi bao buns were a massive hit. The staff were also extremely friendly and professional making sure everyone was happy.
I’ve been working with 19.01 Catering for several months now and can recommend them for unbeatable high quality food and very professional friendly team to work with!

The healthy prepared food from 19.01 is amazing, fresh quality ingredients expertly cooked to create mouthwatering meals. Hard to believe that it is low calorie as the food is always so tasty. Having the food is helping me lose weight and doesn’t feel hard at all. Using the service for 5 days a week takes the hard work out eating healthily.
These meals are game changing! They are delicious, fresh, easy and to top it off I’ve lost weight without trying!! I love the choice of deciding what I fancy each meal. They are never disappointing. So handy for parents who can’t be bother to cook after the kids bedtime
Fantastic mother’s day meal today. Really large portions and good value for money. Very full now after a delicious 3 course meal.
19.01 facilitated our catering for our wedding weekend on the 10th & 11th July, each meal from the starter to the desert was amazing. We couldn’t fault a thing.
We had a variety of canapés, 3 course meal & Mac & cheese / Hot Dogs for our evening food! All of the food was amazing! Our guests loved it. All served Hot & Fresh. No faults. Dan was also very helpful throughout when we had any questions!
